A regular clean works the surface.

A weekly clean has to fit a price you'll pay again next week, and that price sets what gets done. So the same surfaces get wiped every visit, and the places that take the longest have sat outside the job since the day it started.

Two owners, on every job.

Alex takes the kitchen and Justin takes the bathrooms, working at the same time. Whoever finishes first joins the other, so nobody is ever waiting and nobody new ever turns up.

We started this business because we realised there weren't many real cleaning businesses doing it the right way. We've been cleaning since we were kids, and we noticed a lot of businesses only do what's easiest and never help the people who need their space brought back to base level.

We want to help homeowners get the feel of a new bathroom without the price of a renovation, and we hope we can make everyone's house feel like a home again.

We're police checked every six months and covered by $10m public liability.

We'd rather you know that now than be surprised at the end of the walkthrough. The price is set by the room and by a written list, and it covers the whole job, whatever it takes.

A written list. There are 14 things on the kitchen list and 14 on each bathroom's, and we're finished when the list is finished.
The two owners. Alex and Justin do every job, so nobody else comes and it's never someone new.
The kit and the time. A steam cleaner for the grout, a HEPA vacuum, and the time to take the oven door and the rangehood filter apart.

What people weigh it against

Another deep clean: It costs less on the day, and if the build-up never comes off, it's back sooner than you'd like.
A weekly cleaner: It's good for keeping on top of things, and because it's paid by the hour, these spots rarely make the list.
Doing it yourself: It costs your weekends, the products, and kit most homes don't have.
Replacing things: A lot of what looks worn out is build-up. On the walkthrough we'll tell you which is which, including the things cleaning can't fix.

Paying is simple. Your price is fixed in writing and doesn't move. 20% holds your date, and the rest is paid after you've seen the finished job. If anything on the list is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back.
