What we promise is written into your agreement, so you can hold us to every line.

Eight things, on every job

A fixed price, in writing: It's set by the room before anything starts, and if the job takes longer than we thought, that's on us.
The written list: There are 14 things on the kitchen list and 14 on each bathroom's, all in your agreement, and we're finished when the list is finished.
The two owners, every time: Alex and Justin do every job, so nobody else comes and it's never someone new.
Pay the rest once you've seen it: 20% holds your date, and the rest is paid after you've seen the finished job.
We come back: If anything on the list is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and do it.
You don't need to be home: It's only ever Alex and Justin, the two owners, so you know exactly who's coming, and you can let us in and head off, or leave us a key. Weekends are the same price, and the job can be split over two days.
Checked and covered: We're police checked every six months and covered by $10m public liability.
Straight answers about wear: If something is wear rather than dirt, we'll tell you on the walkthrough, before you decide anything.

Handle your belongings: We don't go inside cupboards, drawers, vanities or the fridge. We clean the house and leave your things as they are.
Send someone you haven't met: The two people who arrive are the two owners, every time.
Move the price on the day: Once it's written down, it doesn't change.
Take end of lease cleans: A KB Reset is for the home you live in.
